About Me

I am currently employed at SolidCAD (a.k.a Solid Caddgroup Inc.), an Autodesk reseller. I am an Application Engineer, which means that I provide training and technical support for Autodesk Products. I support AutoCAD Electrical, AutoCAD Mechanical, Autodesk Inventor, and other Autodesk products. I've graduated as a Technologist in the Mechanical Engineering program at La Cite Collegiale, French College in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I've been in the business since 2001 and I must say “I love it more and more every day”.

Off topic from work information, I am married to my lovely wife Sonya and we have a son named Zackary. As you can see from my previous paragraph my mother tongue is French but I've been around the English language since the age of 13.

Reason for this Blog:

For the past year I've been doing a lot of AutoCAD Electrical training, support and implementation. I must say, the resources on AutoCAD Electrical it's very poor. I've done a lot on my own and on top of that customers have trained me on the software. Now, for this Blog I'll be concentrating on AutoCAD Electrical but you might see the occasional Autodesk Inventor or AutoCAD Mechanical comment.
